The Thesis · The Evidence

Why this exists. By the numbers.

The Thesis

India is entering an academic build-out without precedent — four billion square feet of campuses, across thirty thousand acres, requiring a hundred billion dollars of capital across the decade.

Anarock has called it the largest single demand wave in Indian real estate. It will outweigh everything India has built for education in the last seventy years combined.

The EduInfra Circle exists to document this transformation as it happens — one city at a time. Bengaluru. Hyderabad. Mumbai. NCR. Each city, a season; each season, a permanent record.
